The Cottage by the Pass Upstairs Unit is a large studio with all of 
the comforts of home. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully 
equipped kitchen, or just relax on the deck or in the sitting area 
while having a tropical libation. With decorations and fabrics in 
the Florida 'beach style' you're sure to be comfortable and relaxed. 
when you're ready to venture out its only a few steps to the 
beautiful white-sand beaches and just across the street to world-
famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. After a busy day on the 
beach you can relax on the outside deck. The deck is approximately 
300 square feet of outdoor space. It is partially covered allowing 
you to soak in the sun or kick back in the cool shade.  When it's 
time to take rest for the night, you will be ever so comfortable in 
the custom made brass and iron queen bed. 

French doors open to the deck to let the sun shine in or allow a 
tropical breeze to flow through the living area. The bath is bright 
and inviting, with a full-size tub, a walk-in closet and a very 
nautical feel. Just a few steps away you can relax on the white sand 
beach and gaze over the open water of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
