fish cleaning house, 5 minutes to the Suwannee River.  Available RV 
hookup site with 1 boat slip $500 per month plus deposit. 

King bed & double bed and day bed, sleeps up to 6 people. Washer & 
dryer, cook ware, linens for your stay & comfort of home. Just 
bring your boat, fishing tackle and plenty of bug spray & sunscreen.
Hire a charter captain for fresh or salt water fishing, sunset 
tours, and bird watching. Rent canoes or kayaks or a golf cart. Eat 
at one of our 2 Restaurants & bring your own catch of the day for 
them to cook for you while you have a beer or glass of wine or your 
favorite drink. Just set back and enjoy your stay.

Enjoy the breath taking sunrises & sunsets where the Suwannee River 
meets the Gulf of Mexico. A fisherman’s paradise, canoe & kayaking 
delight in the Gulf or the Beautiful Suwannee River or the many 
fresh or salt water tidal creeks. Watch out for our manatees please 
there a pleasure to watch. Look for the fox, raccoon, pelican's, 
turtle & alligators roaming our little Town of Suwannee at any time 
so have your camera ready at all times. Travel our Dixie Mainline 
Wild Life Refuge to Shirred Island for back in time to the real 
nature Florida trail, walk our only beach for shell gathering & 
sunset photos.

$150 per night plus 7% sales tax = $160.50 plus $100 cleaning fee.
$900 per week plus 7% sales tax = $963.00plus $100 cleaning fee.
$150 Refundable Security fee if all is left clean, free of smoke, no 
damage and no items are missing on check list. 
Deposit will be mailed or credited within 7 business days of 
departure. 
Deposit will be non refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of 
reservation arrival.
Acts of God are the only refundable cancellation deposit after that 
time.
