Located in a small 4 unit " Olde Florida Style Complex".....We are 
just 65 steps to white sandy gorgeous Clearwater Beach. 27 Idlewild Street.
Carefree and casual is our motto !!The Mermaid Cottage is located on 
the 1st floor open to an outdoor deck area. 
Living room has a couch, chairs, queen futon for extra bedding and color
 tv with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped w/full size ref.,
 oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, 
etc. Dining table seats 4.   
 We have a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.

What a Great Beach Location ! You can walk everywhere ! 
Walk to many restaurants and bars. Walk to Pier 60 with many fun 
activites, artists selling their wares, souvineer shops, magic shows, 
live music, and more !!!
Many boat excursions are located at the Marina. Walk to a 
public Pool...just minutes away(2 blocks). Jet ski rentals and para 
sailing are located on the beach....Also we have an educational 
Marine Center on Island Estates.
 Catch "The Jolly Trolly" that will take you up and down the Beach.

Summer & Fall rates (July-Nov): $575 per week and $1400 monthly 
Winter and Spring rates (Dec-June): $750 per week and $1800 per month. 
Includes all taxes and utilities !!!
A fully refundable security deposit of $200 minus 
$65 cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee with pets. we love pets!
