key is the nicest area of clearwater beach. very much a resort area 
with shops , many restaurants and a small grocery store all across 
the street . trolly service runs along beach with a pick up spot in 
front of complex. condo is like new and very clean. completely 
tiled, new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, a 37" LCD TV 
with 
cable and dvd. Granite counter in full bath with tub/shower. Unit is 
535 sq ft plus a open balcony (approx 100 sq ft) overlooking gulf of 
mexico and clearwater inlet. Beach is wide and clean. Laundry 
located on floor near unit. Complex has 24 hr guard / with gate / 
parking is assigned. This is a gulfront unit that faces west !! 
Incredible sunsets and view from unit . Heated pool w/jacuzzi. Sun 
deck , shuffleboard , gas grill .
