Property Rates

Summer rates are $1,800 per week between June 1st and August 31st.
Winter Rates are $2,100 per month between September 1st and May 31.

$60 fee for first pet.  $20 each additional pet.
$600 Security Deposit.
$60 Cleaning fee.
