bath, a large screened in porch, outside shower, off street parking 
for several cars and your boat and trailer. A detached garage also 
gives plenty of space for bikes, kayaks, etc.  Free public boat 
launch into the Intercoastal Waterway just a short block away!

Treasure Island's beautiful white sandy beaches and the warm waters 
of the Gulf of Mexico are within a minutes walking distance!  The 
close proximity to beach activities makes driving unnecessary. 
Public transportation and beach trolley provide an inexpensive and 
convenient alternative to driving.

Home has fresh paint as well as new flooring! First bedroom has two 
twin size beds while other bedroom has a full size. There is one 
full bath with tub/shower. All linens, towels, and bedding are 
present.

Home is equipped with heat and air conditioning throughout as well as
several ceiling fans to help enjoy the beautiful Gulf breeze!!!

Kitchen has electric stove and oven, refridgerator, toaster, 
coffeemaker, dishwasher and microwave.  All dishes , glassware, 
utensils, pots and pans are provided. Cable television as well as charcoal grill also provided!

A few short blocks (five minute walk) to the North is the famous 
John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.  John's Pass features many nice 
restaurants, shops, parasailing and jetskiing activities as well as 
several fishing charters and cruises!  There is also a fun beach 
trolly that will take you up and down the beaches for 
sightseeing, music and shopping!

Tampa airport is 25 minutes away!  Within the general vicinity are 
several large tourist attractions such as the Dali Museum, Fort 
Desoto Wildlife Preserve and many others. Disney World, Epcot 
Center, and Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away!
