paradise. It was recently renovated with new tile. It has a large, 
bright kitchen, and a comfortable living room with cable TV.  Both 
bedrooms have queen sized beds and there is a fold out couch in the 
living room.  Large lanai with washer and dryer.  
This is a fisherman's dream, with beautiful canal views, a wrap 
around dock with a 13,000 lb boat lift and a solid fish cleaning 
station.
Kitchen has everything you need: microwave, coffee maker, dishes and 
utensils, etc.

minutes to the Gulf by boat with a very enjoyable and scenic ride 
out.  Just minutes to Sanibel Island, Boca Grande and Ft. Myers 
beach by boat.  Enjoy exploring the surrounding islands, like Cayo 
Costa, Cabbage Key, Useppa Island, and Picnic Island.  Some of the 
best kayaking in Florida outside your door!  

St. James City is a small, charming fishing village with shops and 
restaurants.  You will feel as if you are in Florida 50 years ago.  
By land or boat, you can visit the village of Matlacha with its 
unique art galleries.  It is often described as a little "Key 
West".  Not far by land there is a large water park, the Shell 
Factory, the Imaginarium Museum, and the list goes on.  

May - November $650 per week or $1,800 per month
December - April $800 per week or 2,400 per month
50% deposit due at time of booking (non refundable). Balance due 10 
day prior to arrival.  $250 refundable security deposit.  $70 
cleaning fee.
Use of the dock and 13,000 lb lift are included in the rental fee.
