This is paradise!  This is a beautiful Key West style home with two 
bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and two bedrooms and one bath 
downstairs.  The master has a king sized bed, and the upstairs 
bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, with a trundle bed and a pack and 
play available if you have an infant.  The upstairs couch has a fold 
out bed.  One of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen sized bed and 
the other has two twin beds.  The house has been recently 
redecorated.  The house is very bright, with huge windows upstairs. 
 
The view from the wrap around porch is breath-taking.  Directly 
across is an island of mangrove trees and a bay to either side.  The 
home is surrounded by water on two sides. Very private. There are 
two boat lifts.  One lift is occupied by the owners boat, the other 
lift is available.  This lift can accomodate a 5000 lb boat.  There 
is plenty of room on the newly built oversized dock to tie up a boat 
as well.   

There is an oversized, enclosed, heated jacuzzi.  Large propane 
barbeque and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.  4 kayacks, a 
rowboat, and two mountain bikes available for your use.  A huge 
patio excellent for large family cookouts.  In addition to the patio 
furniture, there is a large foldout table and chairs stored under 
porch.   Two televisions, with VCR & DVD player with a large 
selection of movies to choose from.  Washer & Dryer.  Impressive 
fish cleaning station. 
Kitchen has everything you need: dishes and utensils, microwave, 
coffee maker, toaster oven, etc.
All linens provided. 

The manatees and dolphin are not shy by this house.  Every morning 
they like to visit.  There is excellent fishing right off the dock.  
Pine Island can boast that it has some of the best fishing in 
Florida. 
Kayaking through the mangrove islands is an unforgettable 
experience. If you feel up to it you can also kayak to nearby Picnic 
Island.  Sanibel Island, Boca Grande, Ft. Myers Beach and Cayo Costa 
State Park are just minutes by boat.  It takes less than ten minutes 
to the gulf!  
A large hammock awaits you right next to the water. 
By boat or land you can visit Matlacha, which is a quaint fishing 
village which hosts several art galleries and frequent art 
festivals.  It is something you won't want to miss.  
By land you can visit the large waterpark close by in Cape Coral, 
the Shell Factory or the Imaginarium museum.
