bedroom has a plush king-size bed and a TV/VCR combo.  Masterbed 
room also has its own private bathroom with tub and shower!  Lay on 
your bed and watch the sunset - this unit has a balcony right 
outside the masterbed room!  All TV's are equipped with cable TV and 
unit features free local phone service. There are 2 twin beds 
located in the second bedroom that your kids will love, also an 
attached bathroom! The third bedroom features a full size bed with 
its own private bathroom.  In the living room you will appreciate 
the comfortable sleeper sofa along with TV, DVD, and stereo. The 
unit is equipped internet connection. YOu and your family will enjoy 
the balcony, which wraps around the unit to give you a beautiful 
view of the Gulf.

PLEASE ADD 10.5% FL. TAX - $90 CLEANING FEE - $175 DEPOSIT.

Rental Terms:

We require 50% of your grand total for reservation. The grand total 
will include a deposit of $175.00. The remaining 50% of your rental 
will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your rental is within 
30 days, the complete grand total must be paid within 5 days. 
Reservations are not guaranteed until 50% payment is received.
