This spacious condo has a beautiful direct gulf view. It was 
built 2004 and is very tastefully furnished in bright 
Florida decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, 
granite countertops, smooth top range, microwave, 4 bar stools, and 
table for 4. Kitchen area has been opened as to get a full view of 
the Beach. The Master has a king bed and the guest has 2 twins, there 
is a sleeper sofa as well. There is also comfortable balcony 
furniture to relax and enjoy the sunsets! 

 

Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi oceanfront!  Cable TV, VCR/DVD, phone 
(calling card required for long distance), full kitchen including; 
dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer & 
dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, ceiling fans, and of course the 
BEACH! 

We offer the best in fishing, golfing, and excursions! Located 
minutes to downtown with fine restaurants, famous art museums 
(Salvadore Dali) There is great fishing on charter boats at John's 
Pass and Clearwater Bay.

SunCoast beach trolley at door- will take you from Treasure Island to 
Clearwater Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price. A 
convenient drive to Florida's major attractions! Disney, Busch 
Gardens, Sea World, etc. Good restaurants are in abundance within 
short walk or drive. Lots of diverse local shopping as well as great 
nearby Malls! For the beach lover- The beautiful gulf with its warm 
blue clean waters is at your back door. The white sandy beach 
provides the perfect playground for beach volleyball, walking, 
jogging and looking for shells. We are close to tennis courts and 
several Championship and Executive golf courses. Dinner and gambling 
cruises are a lot of fun! Great restaurants are nearby. Several of 
the best are: Salt Rock Cafe Hungry Fisherman Lobster Pot Cody's 
Roadhouse Wine Cellar Pub.
