Our 2 bedroom 2 bath (1575 sq. ft.) condominium is located just 
across the street from world famous Crescent Beach.  Crescent beach 
is famous for its crescent shape and its "baby powder soft" sand.  
The sand is 99% pure quartz and is cool to the touch even in the 
hottest sun.  Crescent Beach was rated "Best Sand Beach in America," 
2003, by the Travel Channel. 
Our condominium is located on the tenth (top) floor and has beautiful 
bay and gulf views.  Be sure to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.  We are 
located on Little Sarasota Bay so there is fishing off the seawall 
and boat docks for the boating enthusiast.  
There is private, deeded beach access just across the street and the 
beautiful beach is a very short stroll.  Our condo is located very 
close to the South bridge which offers the best of both worlds.  You 
can enjoy the privacy and seclusion of the island, yet be close to 
everything you need.
