Our beautiful ground floor 1 bedroom / 1.5 bath condo is close to 
beaches, golfing, fishing, biking and just plain relaxing. We invite 
you to enjoy our Quail's Run Retreat located in a 55+ Community in 
the heart of Englewood. Just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico 
and numerous golf courses.  

This condo is located close to shopping, art district, and the most 
convenient for accessing the numerous powdery white beaches and the 
picturesque Cape Haze peninsula, all far from the tourist trail.

Our desire is to treat our clients as we would want to be treated.  
So we do our best to provide everything you will need to make your 
stay enjoyable.

Our Condo is an on the ground floor and includes fully 
equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom with a queen 
size bed. Additional portable sleeping arrangements may be arranged.
 
Enter the lanai through large sliders from the bedroom to enjoy the 
view of the pond and fountain.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has 
newer appliances.

This lovely second floor condo is just a short drive to the Gulf and 
numerous golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Boca Grande, located just south of this tropical paradise, offers 
the World's Richest Tarpon Tournament every year. Numerous other 
great fishing spots await your taste for fishing and boat rentals 
are available. Condo's owner has 25' fishing boat available for 
charters.

November - April - $1,800 monthly plus 10% tax
May - October - $1,600 monthly plus 10% tax

10% of the total rent is required as deposit to hold reservation and 
entire rent is required prior to, or at the time of occupancy. 
Condo association requires a three month minimum stay.
