More Photos Of This Vacation Rental Below!!!! Name: Michele Dolan Goodspeed Phone: 612-382-6478 / 651-292-0895 Property Description You can really relax at this 2005 built stilt home with 90 feet of direct-access gulf frontage. The property front is situated on a quiet residential cul-de-sac with only five other homes. The back has a 90 foot seawall overlooking a 90 foot wide canal known as "cow creek". About 100 yards to the west of this property is the open gulf, which you can view from the upper screened porch, great room and master bedroom. The kitchen, second bedroom, deck, and patio all have water views as well. There is a very private feel to this area and most of the view from the back is lush natural landscape, so you won't be looking directly across to the neighbors as you would with many other rental properties. However, if you feel like getting out, there is plenty of dining, shopping, golfing, and night life to enjoy within a mile or so of the house. The home is fully furnished with an adjustable, massaging full size bed in the Master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a full size castro convertable sofa in the great room. The tuck-under garage has room for your car and your gear. Sit on the fabulous back patio with built-in fireplace and you will have a chance to view many varieties of fish and birds: Manatee, Dolphin, Sheepshead, Mullet, Gar, Pelicans, Ducks, Heron, Osprey, Eagle, Woodpecker, Blue Jay, and many more I don't know the names of. This is a fisherman's paradise. The water in this warm, spring- fed canal is remarkably clear and lots fish can be seen at all times from the patio. We have a 10 x 16 foot dock for your your boating and swimming pleasure. A small dinghy with oars is available for you to use, or you can bring your own boat or kayak. If you want to rent a bigger boat just go to the port of Hudson marina less than one mile away. Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis - feel free to ask. Smoking will be allowed only outdoors and covered porch areas. I've set-up the porch to be as comfortable as any other room in the house and you can even see the cable TV from there.Property Amenities Kitchen stocked with dishes, cookware, coffeemaker, toaster oven, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, also a clothes washer, dryer, iron and board.
