The view from this beautiful and comfortable condo is unmatched.  It is definitely a $2,000,000 view.  There are no 
other 2-bedroom condos on Sand Key with the fantastic a view you will have from this condo.  Just ask us to send you 
some of the many, many, many, many sunset photos we have taken.  Every one on the beach will tell you that you 
rate your condo based on the view. Our view is a 10+.  You just can’t get any better.

And, to top it all off, we also have a view of the intercoastal waterway from the other side of our condo.  You can sit 
with your coffee in the morning, watch the sunrise or the sailboats float by, then in the evening watch the sunset into 
the beautiful gulf waters.  In between you can walk on the beach, soak in the hot tub and go for a dip in the pool.

This beautifully furnished condo is also located on the best beach in the Clearwater Beach area.  This is NOT a crowded 
tourist beach.  Sand Key is the most beautiful, wide, uncluttered and undiscovered beach on the gulf coast.  Some 
nights there are multiple weddings just up the beach and you can watch them all from our balcony with our 
binoculars.  Sunsets are unmatched on Sand Key just like they are all over Clearwater Beach.  You will have the very 
best view on the beach from our balcony.  Or you can hop on the trolley and celebrate the sunset at the nightly 
sunset festival at the popular Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach.  

All of the great tourist attractions of Clearwater Beach are available from our condo with a short trolley ride at the 
trolley stop that is right in front of our building.  After you have enjoyed all the fun, you can escape back to Sand Key 
where the beach is wide, clean and definitely, not crowded.

There is even a small convenience store as well as restaurants just steps away from our front door.

We have tried to outfit our condo with all the comforts of home.  From the wine glasses to the top quality king size 
bed, we have made it feel like our own home.  There are lots of large, fluffy beach towels and extra bedding for all the 
beds.  We even have a converter kit so you can turn the two twin size beds into a king size bed.  We love to come to 
our condo on Sand Key and we know you will also.

Of course, we believe the best feature of our condo is the $2,000,000 view.  But after the fantastic view, our condo 
offers a feeling of belonging to you.  We have furnished it with things we want to have around when we come to the 
beach.  In fact, we try to get down to our condo several times during the year.  So when we come, we want it to be 
outfitted with every thing we like.  

We have an extremely well equipped kitchen with very pretty dishes and décor.  There is a blender, Foreman Grill, 
plenty of pots and pans, wine glasses and even margarita glasses.  Our refrigerator has a good icemaker and the 
dishwasher has a delay option so you can set it to run later.  All of the rooms have ceiling fans with lights.  We have 
an entertainment center in the living room with a 27” TV with cable, detached speakers, and DVD player.  There are 
several great games and a whole lot of books incase you run out of reading material for the beach.  In the master 
bedroom there is also a TV with cable and a VCR player.  Our wireless Internet works all over the condo.  

You are supposed to relax when you come to the beach, but just in case you are a workaholic, there is a fax machine.

Our furnishings are classic beach styles.  We have a lot of mirrors to maximize the view from the living room and 
dining room as well as the master bedroom.  Our glass dining table will sit 6 (we have had as many as 8) comfortably.  
The colors are cool blue and white.  The ceramic tile floors are very easy to keep clean and the area rugs are very 
stylish.  The sofa is a sleeper if you have visitors.

The patio has a great table to seat 4.  There is nothing better than sitting on the deck with cocktails and snacks to 
watch the sunset.  There is a beach storage closet filled with toys, fishing rods and beach chairs.  There are plenty of 
pales so you can collect some of the great shells that wash up on Sand Key.

We have wonderful window treatments that pull up out of the way so you have the best view.

The building/complex has an outdoor barbeque grill as well as a large charcoal pit where you can have a big cookout if 
you want.  There is a guard gate at our entrance so you don’t have to worry about unwanted guests.

The building we are located in is named Landmark 1.  It is a very friendly building with many year round residents.  
The tennis club is very active and seasonal renters join in the fun much of the time. 

Each time we visit we can feel the stress draining away as we walk in the door and go out to the patio.  By the time 
you are standing at the railing looking out at the beach, you know you are home and it is good.

Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are just a short trolley ride from our condo.  At Clearwater Beach you will find boat rides, 
fishing charters, and entertainment.  There is a nightly sunset festival on Pier 60 with fire-eaters, glass blowers and 
lots of fun entertainment.

There are 4 restaurants within walking distance of our condo as well as several boutiques, a drycleaner, a hair salon 
and a convenience store.  One of the restaurants is a Columbia Restaurant, very well known to this area (fantastic 
pasta).  Within 5 miles there are other numerous very good restaurants as well as casual dining.  The original Bonefish 
Grill is just around the corner in Bellaire Bluffs.  We leave menus and other information about local attractions in the 
drawer of our entertainment cabinet.

There are several great golf courses just a short drive away. Within 30 minutes or so visit downtown St Pete, known 
for the Inverted Pier, Tampa Bay Devil Ray MLBaseball and art galleries including the world famous Salvador Dali 
museum. Tampa is also 30 minutes away with the Florida Aquarium, Channelside restaurants and nightclubs and Ybor 
city (known for its restaurants and nightclubs). Orlando is a short 90 minutes away for Disneyworld, Universal and Sea 
World theme parks.

Great entertainment is easily reached from Sand Key however once you arrive at this condo you may not want to 
leave.

Minimum 30-day stay is required. Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates.

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your dates and this will be applied to your rental.  This is not refundable if you 
cancel within 45 days of your reservation.

A $500 security deposit is required but is refundable after checkout, with no damage to condo or contents.  There is a 
$100 cleaning fee payable with all other fees.  

100% of your rental fee plus your security deposit and cleaning fee is required to be paid 30 days prior to your 
reservation.
