luxury. Choose from 2 BR/2 BA or 3 BR/3 BA units located directly on the beach with the most incredible water 
views! Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen, whirlpool tub in master bath and a 
washer and dryer in each accommodation. With only four units per floor and secure elevators with privacy 
codes, you can truly enjoy all Beach Colony Resort and Perdido Key have to offer!

We require a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay at our beach front rentals from Memorial Day to the 1st 
weekend in August.
