Weekly Rate - $1250.00 (7 days, 6 nights) 
Monthly Rate - $5000.00

All weekly and monthly rentals reservations require a non-refundable 
deposit, that is transferable to a different date within a year from 
the original reservation.   

Weekend Rates Available with a 2 night minimum, upon request. All 
weekend rental reservations will require a $500.00 refundable 
deposit. 
A $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to weekend rentals.
