Rental available as of January 1, 2010.  
*3 month minimum required: "In Season" (January thru May) for $1900 a
month + electricity + a $100 exit cleaning service fee.  A
security deposit of one month is required. Renter responsible to pay $100 Application fee to the 
Association and 11.5% Florida tourist tax.
* June thru December is 1500 with all stipulations above.
*Annual rental is $1200.00 per month, utilities, plus security deposit
of one and a half months.
