This one bedroom/studio condo has it all!  A gulf/sunset view; a view 
of Sanibel Island and downtown Ft. Myers Beach; a balcony overlooking 
an area in which  birds feed throughout the day; and a view of palm 
trees, all combine to give this condo a truly tropical and exotic 
feel.  Direct access to the 7 mile beach and the Gulf can be had by 
walking around or through the sandbar area. 

This condo does not directly face any other condo, so it is very 
private. The condo has been updated and refurnished. It is 
light,refreshing,and bright with sunshine throughout the days, with 
magnificent sunsets which can be viewed from the balcony, 
livingroom and bedroom windows each evening.  

There is a king-size bed with a queen sleeper sofa. It has all you 
will need for an enjoyable vacation: linens, sheets, towels, fully 
equipped kitchen,TV, VCR, DVD,books, videotapes,etc., There are also 
two beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers.  Because of the views 
and location of this condo, it has the feel of a beach cottage.

The views are exceptional,with playful dolphins,birds,(including the  
pink Roseate Spoonbill),and breathtaking sunsets.  The condo is 
located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club,a private beach and 
tennis club on ten beautiful acres. The complex is located directly 
across the street from Santini  Marina Plaza, in which there are a 
number of stores, including a drug store,a stationery store with a 
U.S.Post Office outlet, a hardware store, a bank, restaurants,a 
marina with boat rentals, gift and clothing stores,a book store, 
etc.  There is also a public golf course further down the street. 
There is a trolley  which stops in front of the complex, so that you 
may traverse the island and beyond.  The fare is 25 cents.  You will 
enjoy not having to use your car for everything.
 
The complex grounds are comprised of ten private and beautifully 
maintained acres, with open air lounges by the pool and elsewhers on 
the property.  
Special Off-Season Rate: from May - Oct., the 
weekly  rental rate is less than 1/2 of the in-season rate.  There is 
also greater flexibility with regard to check-in and check-out times, 
as well as  length of stay.  The off- season is a great time of year 
to explore this beautiful area at less than half the prime season 
price.

The condo has all newer furniture, tile floors, mirrors, bathroom 
vanity and lighting. The condo is equipped with cable TV, a VCR, DVD, 
2 clock radios and telephone with answering machine.  There are all 
new dishes, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, linens, 
towels,as well as two beach chairs, beach towels,and coolers for the 
use of our guests.

The complex has a heated pool, tennis courts, outside barbeques, and 
coin operated washers and dryers in each of the three buildings.  

Wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, water skiing, shelling,
parasailing, snorkeling, shopping, an on island dinner movie theater, 
hiking,scooter and bicycle rentals, boat rentals including pontoon, 
canoe, and power boat.  There is also a casino boat and a one day 
boat trip to Key West. 

The condo is located close to  Captiva and Sanibel Islands,Ding 
Darling Wildlife Preserve, Tanger Outlet discount stores, the Edison 
Museum, Naples,and is  45 minutes from the National Audubon Corkscrew 
Sanctuary.  Ft. Myers is also the locale for the Boston Red Sox 
Spring training.
