square feet of comfort and luxury.  Comfortably sleeps 25 people.

Private home features a main house with; Master Bedroom suite with 1
king bed and full private ensuite bath, 5 guest suites all with at
least 2 queen beds and a private full ensuite bath in each, a
"teenage" bunk room that sleeps 5 and a separate 2 bedroom 2 bath
guest house - for a total of 9 bedrooms and 9 baths.

Expansive fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen featuring Subzero and Viking
appliances with two dishwashers and an icemaker. 

Large exterior gas BBQ Grill

Total of four washer and dryer sets throughout the residence. 

Large Media Viewing Room with dependable Cable television, DVD player,
VCR player and a Television with cable access in each bedroom.

The house rental includes;
All linens and towels (house + beach), 
Household products, such as; toilet paper, paper towels, clothes soap,
cleaning supplies.

Through cleaning prior to each visit and after each visit.  
If requested/required, additional maid service available at an
