The condo is setup nicely for 2-4 occupants, with a pullout for guest #5&6. Located on the 2nd floor, 25' to the 
elevator and yet the unit is so quiet. Walk 3 blocks and your in the heart of Venice Avenue. Bella Costa II is an 
upscale complex, has very few rentals (mostly owner occupied or 2nd home) and the complex is on Roberts Bay 
with a direct route out to the Gulf of Mexico, a boaters paradise. The complex is nicely landscaped, has a very 
nice community pool and a community center where you can get in on some of the activities with ease. Private 
covered parking, with ample guest spaces and on site management. 
The condo was purchased for its superior location (waterfront, walk to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach) 
and its completely redone on the inside. Go down to the private park, found on the water and just sit and 
watch the boats go by. Venture over the bridge to some dynamite restaurants, just on the other side or head 
down to the beaches, some of the finest the Gulf has to offer.

It's loaded with the nicest little kitchen I have ever done (all new), clearly the nicest in the complex and comes 
with all new furnishings throughout the home. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, lanai overlooking the inner gardens 
with a screened but private setting. Beach chairs, all the small appliances you desire, cable and phone included 
and comes with linens. Just come with your clothes and toiletries as we have provided the rest. Wait till you 
walk into the avenue and experience the the palm tree lined street, upscale shops and just soak up the rays. 
Close to the home is a wonderful Italian restaurant, a farmers market and a beautiful park.......litterally a block 
away! Some great bars are found in town, from on the beach to bay and there is every type of 
restaurant your heart desires within 45 minutes of the front door (5 star oppulence to crab joints, you name 
it!) Your going to love the town, the location and the condo......

Directly on the inter-coastal waterway (Roberts Bay) is Venice Isle. Walk two short blocks and your on Venice 
Avenue, a beautiful drive where you will find eateries, shopping and taverns. Go down the drive and enjoy the 
parklike setting, the recreational areas just one block down have tennis, basketball and more. Keep walking a 
few blocks and you are at the beach, sunning yourself right off of million dollar condominiums, most so new they 
aren't even finished. Bella Costa II has a private parking spot, ample guest spots, a private pool, docks, a 
parklike area on the inter coastal, gas grill and a clubhouse for the active adult.But a short walk to anything in 
downtown Venice, or drive up to Sarasota, just 15 miles north, visit Casey Key and the plush home of Oprah 
and Stephen King, or drive south and visit Englewood and Boca Grande for wonderful beaches and dining. The 
unit comes fully appointed and the location is key!
