This 14th floor unit is on the beach at Sea Winds.  Sea Winds is a 
smaller condo complex with about 80 units.  Enjoy new furnishings 
and ammenities.  Master bedroom has a queen size bed.  A second 
bedroom offers two twin beds.  A queen size pull out sleeper is

Property Rates

Low Season Rates begin the middle of April thru the middle of 
December.

High Season Rates begin the end of December thru the middle of April.

A 10% tax is charged and we require a damage deposit of $250 which is refundable.  

We do not allow short term rentals, a minimum of 7 nights is required.

Saturday to Saturday rentals are prefered.
