Summer Rates			 1 Bedroom      Nightly - $99.00
						Weekly - $500.00

                                 2 Bedroom      Nightly - $139.00
 	                                        Weekly - $750  
		Monthly 10% Discount off Weekly Rate

Plus $150 cleaning fee for all weekly and monthly rates		
		
Rates do not include tax.

Cancellation Policy:  If you find it necessary to cancel your 
reservations, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to 
avoid a charge of one nights stay.

Deposits:  Deposits are refundable with 30 day notice.

Pet Deposits: Pets under 25lbs are permitted in selected units, $150 
Pet Deposit is required of which $50 is nonrefundable.
