remodeled and is clean and neat.  Fifteen minutes to Englewood 
Beach, twenty minutes to Boca Grande.  Great fishing in area.  
Shared brick patio and grill.  Heated pool!

Small pets only, please!  Additional cleaning fee required.

Property Amenities

Two bedroom, one bath.  Full kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, 
dishes, etc.  Includes washer and dryer.  

Cable TV DVD,WI-FI internet.

Near beaches, fishing and boating.  Quiet area, but close to
