Great Room:
The great room has a 35 inch high def LCD tv and surround. Off the 
kitchen and great room you will find a screened in porch looking out 
at Point Washington State Park.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end 
appliances. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas oven, and Bosch 
dishwasher. The laundry room also has a Bosch Washer and Dryer.

Bunk room with the bottom being a full and the top being a twin.

Watercolor Community

minute walk to the pool. A short stroll to Camp WaterColor or the 
tennis center. The walk to the beach club and the beach is just a 
short stroll away.

While you are in WaterColor make sure you enjoy many of the

beautiful Gulf.
