Our waterfront, golf course home is located in Fairways Cottages in 
Sandestin - northwest Florida's premier resort destination.  Year 
after year, the soft, sugar white sand beaches have been rated the 
#1 family beach in the southeast. Our cottage is a detached single 
family cottage nestled in one of the most serene and peaceful areas 
of Sandestin.  It is lushly landscaped and private-you can sunbathe 
on your own deck, situated right in our pond, overlooking the golf 
course.  You can fish from our deck or ride your bikes to the 
beach.  The sunsets from that location are breathtaking.  You can 
walk to one of our pools and stroll to the bay-all within walking 
distance.  The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a water 
view-and a large closet.  The master bathroom features a 
tub/shower.  The guest room has twin beds and it's own private 
bathroom with a large shower.  There is a queen size sofa bed in 
living room to accommodate guests. The dining room has a view of 
Eagle Lake on one side and our pond on the other.  The Florida room 
overlooks one of our decks and the pond.  The cottage features tv's 
in each bedroom and a 36" tv in the living room.  Virtually 
everything in our home is new!!!
 
Grand Boulevard at Sandestin has just opened (minutes away from our 
cottage) which boasts a number of fining dining restaurants such as 
Mitchell's, Fleming's Steak House,Tommy Bahama Cafe and PF Chang 
Bistro as well as wonderful stores for shopping such as Orvis, 
Billabong, Victoria's Secret and many more. We are a mile away from 
the largest designer outlet mall in the country - - Silver Sands.

Phone, air conditioning, cable tv, vcr, cd player, full kitchen with 
brand-new washer/dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
ice maker, coffee maker and all small appliances for every need.  
Fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, even 
cookbooks - just bring your luggage and you're set !!!  Linens and 
towels are also provided. Also provided are beach chairs, toys and 
deck furniture.  We also have a wonderful assortment of books and 
magazines for you to enjoy !!!

fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, swimming, 
snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, surfing, 
windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling and most importantly,

Spring/Late Summer: $175 nightly - $1,225 weekly
Spring Break/Summer: $195 nightly - $1,350 weekly
Fall: $150 nightly - $1,050 weekly
Winter: $125 night - $850 weekly
Reservation confirmed when a refundable security deposit of $250 is 
received. Security deposit returned after rental stay.
Must be 25 or older to reserve cottage.
Three night minimum.
No pets/no smoking.
