River. Bring your own boat and dock right out your back door! No 
extra dock fee. Home has large deck with jacuzzi and weber grill for 
your enjoyment. Fenced in back yard for approved dogs.  Home is fully 
equiped with all kitchen supplies. Travel by boat to the Gulf for 
fishing or scalloping in minutes, no bridges or tunnels; or go to the 
famous spring where you can swim/dive/ski/tube/canoe/or watch for 
manatees, also just minutes away! We are having difficulty attaching

Home offers 2 bedroom with queen and full size beds. Couch is very 
comfy for 5th person if desired. All kitchen supplies and appliances 
for your use. Central heat and a/c. Color TV's in each room. DVD 
player.  Fenced yard for dog. Weber grill and jacuzzi. Boat dock. 
Minutes to town for groceries or restaurants. 
(Ice maker is available on site but requires an electric fee of 
$50.00 for the weekend and $100 for weekly and $200 for monthly 
bookings)

Many activities abound! From golf to fishing to many water sports. We 
are only about an hour to an hour and a half to see the attractions 
in Orlando or Tampa. Local Casino cruises.

on site. If you cancel 45 days prior to booking 
then full refund of sec. dep. will be issued. If you cancel 30 days 
in advance of booking then 1/2 refund will be given and if canceled 
less then 30 days prior to booking then deposit if considered non-
refundable. Smoking only permitted outside on deck, not in home. Flea 
treated approved dog(s)only.
