An advance deposit of 25% is required on all reservations; balance 
is due is payable in full upon arrival.  A security/damage deposit 
of $400 is payable on arrival and will be returned within 15 days 
following departure less any extraordinary cleaning or damage 
charges.

Rental periods less than 6 months are subject to a Florida Sales Tax 
of 6.5% and a Manatee County Tourest Tax of 4%.  These taxes are in 
addition to the monthly rental amount.  A rental period longer than 
6 months is free of these taxes.
