If you want to get away from the crowds to enjoy some peace and 
quiet, this is the place to go. Our brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath 
house is newly furnished to be like home. The Preserve at Inlet 
Beach is a brand new development and only 3 houses are furnished so 
far. That means there is no traffic at all and the the large 
community pool is probably all yours. 

We have TVs with DVD and satellite in all the bedrooms and a home 
theater setup in the living room. King bed in the master, two queen 
beds upstairs, a bunk bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the living 
room. One of the upstairs queens has a private bath. The bunk beds 
and the other queen share a bath. 

The beach is 3/4 of a mile drive away and is wonderful. There is a 
boardwalk with no steps to wheel the cart down and lifeguards on 
duty. There is also a shower/hose to rinse off the sand when you 
leave at the parking area. There is plenty of parking that is never 
crowded and the beach is never crowded at all. The shopping of 
Destin is only 25 miles away if you want to get into the traffic and 
Panama City is about the same in the other direction. Rosemary Beach 
is a nice walk and they DO have a Starbucks there! 

We have only spent one week in the house ourselves and my 
persnickety wife LOVES it! We hope that you will also.
