Available for monthly (minimum tenancy), semi-annual, annual or 
seasonal rental.
(Golf and Tennis membership temporary transfer available. Please see 
below.)

Annual- $2,000 per month

6 month period during season - $3,000 per month
1-3 month period during season - $5,000 per month 
Seasonal period- November through April inclusive

May-October-$2,500 per month


All Florida rentals less than 6 months are subject to a state sales 
tax. Security deposit and 
cleaning fee will be incorporated into lease agreement. A pet 
convenience fee of $350.00 will be 
charged. Utilities are not included.
