coffee pot, and blender for those essential tropical drinks. 

A 40’ foot dock can accommodate up to a 45’ foot sail boat and a 
10,000 pound lift makes securing your power boat a cinch.  And 
getting your boat into the water is easy as well, with a public boat 
ramp right in view.  If you don’t have a boat, no problem, sit out 
on the dock and watch the dolphins or throw a line and catch dinner.

Public tennis courts, playground, and trolley are all right outside 
the front door.

Do you need a massage?  Well right down the road is the Don Cesar 
Beach Resort.  They offer a wide range of spa treatments that will 
surely help you relax.  And don’t forget the boutiques, pools, and 
award winning restaurants.

If you want to do it or see it this St. Pete Beach House will enable 
you to.

WaveRunner and boat rentals, parasailing, fishing, and dolphin 
cruises are down the road.

Major league baseball, football, and hockey teams are just a short 
drive away.

If golf is your thing then you won’t want to pass up the many local 
golf courses.

The Tampa International Airport is about a 35 minute drive up North 
into Tampa.

The numerous shopping and dining will make your suitcase and tummy

This St. Pete Beach House is available for $2,500 during the months 
of June – November or $3,000 a month from December – May.  Sorry no weekly or daily rentals...only 
monthly rentals at this time.
