.. High season rate Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar: $700-750 USD per week 2008/9
.. Monthly rate for Jan is $2000, Feb $2900, Mar $2900 and Apr $2000 
 
- Full payment is required 90 days to reserve the property. 
- Cancellation is allowed 30 days before start of your stay, any 
payment will be refunded by check. If cancel within the 30 days then 
the payment is refunded if the property is re-rented minus $150 re-
renting fee. 
- Florida State sales and lodging taxes of 11% and cleaning fee of 
$120 USD per rental period are to be assessed on top of rental rate.
- Refundable security deposit of $300 is required and will be 
returned if no damage is incurred during stay.
- Discount may be available for monthly rentals.
- Free internet access and cable TV included with rental.
