Johns Pass is a 15 minute walk on the beach or a short drive.  Shopping, restaurants, fishing 
excursions, entertainment are a few of the activities at Johns Pass.  In the evening, the dolphins 
follow the fishing boats in and you can view from the boardwalk.

We are close to great shopping, restaurants and cinemas.  Clearwater Beach is 30 minutes drive away.
Use the trolley with a weekly or monthly pass as an alternative to renting a car. It stops at our 
corner, and you get unlimited riding with a purchased pass.

Rental Overview:
Three (3) night minimum.        

Please add departure cleaning fee of $45 and 12% sales and resort tax.  

Visa,MasterCard or Discover accepted for payment and security/damage deposit. 

Payment Policy: A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation , with the 
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, 
check or credit card. A credit card is due prior to check-in as a 
security deposit. There will be no charge to the card provided there 
is no damage to the unit or outstanding expenses related to the 
rental.

We'll gladly refund your deposit if you provide a written notice at 
least 30 days before your reserved arrival date 
 
Because of the 3-day requirement, refunds cannot be made for early 
departure
