bathrooms,ceiling fans and cable t.v.This is a non smoking unit.Air 
conditioned only 150 feet to the beach with no roads to cross, also 
has fire sprinkler system.

t.v.,vcr,dvd,stereo,CD,full kitchen with all utensils,dishes 
pots/pans microwave dishwasher Refrigerator w/icemaker coffee pot 
linens washer/dryer covered parking air-conditioning all rooms have 
ceiling fans recessed lighting and cable color t.v.Family room has 2 
leather sofas one is a queen sleeper the other has 2 
recliners.Kithchen table and a bar with bar stools.

Beach hiking fishing shopping restaurants  sightseeing swimming 
snorkeling/diving boating sailing surfing windsurfing parasailing jet 
skiing shelling relaxing great for families or just a couple looking 
to relax

May 16th thru Sept 15  $900.00 a week
Sept 16th thru December 31st $675.00 a week
Jan 1 thru March 1 $550.00 a week

all rates subject to additional taxes and cleaning fees
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
