May thru Sep     $2600/month

-$500 refundable security deposit required when confirmation is given 
(Refundable only if reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of date 
reserved)
-Monthly rates negotiable when renting longer terms of two months or 
longer
-$75 cleaning fee
-If in the case the gate control is missed or lost there will be $120 
charge for cost replacement.

Note: 
Final payment must be received two weeks prior to arrival
All rates include taxes
Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed
Furniture and accesories will be listed on contract with it 
respective cost for replacing if lost or damage.
