This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, on the ground floor, is cozy but not cluttered.  The unit 
overlooks the intercoastal waterway.  It has been completely remodeled, everything updated, and 
makes the most efficient use of the space.  The full kitchen is completely stocked with your kitchen 
needs, including the dishwasher for cleanup.  The granite counters in the kitchen and bath, make 
cleaning a breeze.  The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, as well as a stacked washer and 
dryer, hidden behind the door.  The bedroom has a queen sized bed, as well as a sofa sleeper in the 
living room.  The enclosed porch adds another room to the unit.  It has both screens and vinyl 
windows to use any season, during any weather.  Play cards or eat dinner at the patio table on the 
porch.  A gas BBQ grill for the unit is within steps.      

  The MBYC complex has 286 units, is very spacious, and has all the extras to make a vacation 
enjoyable, without ever leaving the secured complex.  There are 2 heated swimming pools with ample 
lounge chairs, jacuzzi, exercise room, billiard room, sauna, and fishing docks.  Take long strolls 
around the complex overlooking the intercoastal, and watch the dolphins play in the bay.  Sit and 
relax at any of the many common areas throughout the complex.  There is generous parking in front of 
the units, and is gated with secured access by keycard.  Bring your toothbrush and other personal 
items, but leave the rest at home!  Everything you need is provided with the unit, beach chairs, 
beach towels, and all linens.     

  MBYC is located in the heart of Madeira Beach.  Across the street is a recreation complex and 
park.  Within a block are the library, grocery store, pharmacy, beach store, post office, gas 
station, putt putt golf, and a number of restaurants.  A long block across Gulf BLVD is a public 
beach on the Gulf of Mexico.  Catch the beach trolley on Gulf BLVD to historic Johns Pass.  The 
activities available are many, rent jet skis, go on a pirate cruise, dolphin watch boat rides, 
charter fishing boats, parasail, or just enjoy the numerous shops and restaurants. The county has 
many other unique activites and areas to be explored by the advernterous.
