Beautiful three story, 2700 sq ft home surrounded by trees with Gulf 
view over the trees and just across the street.  In addition we have 
1500 sq ft of deck off the second and third floors 1000 sq ft of 
which is covered.  Plenty of deck furniture to sun bathe or lounge 
in the shade and read.

   There are four bedrooms on the second floor: 
     1 king size
     2 queen size
     2 twin
       With decks off three of the four bedrooms.

   Third (top) floor has a double pull out couch.

  Open floor plan which has an extra large kitchen/living room and 
  large library with ample books, videos and games.  

  Bedrooms are all carpeted, top floor has glistening hardwood      
  floors and pickled pine walls.  The dining area has a huge family 
  dinning table that seats ten plus seating at our 12 foot kitchen 
  bar. 

Unlimited and free long distance phone service and cable TV.

We are located in the green, lush, park like Plantation 
community.   Large two acre lots, with bike paths, community 
swimming pool, and tennis.  

This home has cable TV, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, 
refrigerator with ice maker, cooking utensils, air conditioning, 
washer/dryer, and phone w/free long distance. 
 
Dont' forget the library with hundred of books.  Also videos and 
games. 

We also have covered parking and some of the largest covered decks 
you will find, with ample deck furniture, Outside shower and fish 
cleaning station. 

First you will want to pick a lounge chair on the spacious decks and 
enjoy the view of the gulf in the context of trees, and natural 
dunes (the house is second tier, one row of homes back from the 
shore)  Then go for a walk on the beach.  Quiet, serene, private.  

Are you interested in fishing?  Fish off the beach, the bay or off 
the rocks lining the shipping channel to the west in the 
Plantation.   Perhaps you want to take a charter fishing trip.  

A few minutes to the east you can rent bikes, kayaks, or jet skis.  
At the far east end of the island you can enjoy St. George Island 
State Park.    

Have you seen an Eagle or an Osprey?  From our home walk north a few 
blocks, in the wildland behind the tennis courts, and you will see 
several nests and likely their residents.  

You have seen the stars, but many who see them from our decks seem 
to be seeing the night sky for the first time.   The low density of 
our area of the Plantation and low lighting allows a spectacular 
view of the heavenly wonders.  Lay patiently and perhaps you will 
see some shooting stars.  

Don't miss the quaint shops and waterfront restaurants of 
Apalachicola.
