Built in 2003.

The home has ocean and lake views. Enjoy a day at the beach or enjoy a quiet afternoon at you own 
private pool.

4 bedrooms with two baths. Each bedroom has a king bed and cable t.v.

Living area::
Enjoy two living areas for large families. Watch your favorites movies or sports events on the 50 
inch Hi Def flat screen. There are also 3 pull out sleeper sofas for larger groups.

Decks and porches:
Enjoy two outside sitting area. The deck upstairs has some amazing views of the gulf. There are also 
great view of Eastern Lake, which is next to the home.

Pool area: :
Enjoy your own private pool with lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Distance to beach: 2-3 minute walk. The home is on the South Side of 30A. You do not have to cross 
any busy roads.

Distance to Seaside: 2 miles.
