All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, daily local newspaper & local 
phone service are included along with hi-speed internet service (computer not 
provided).  Florida state lodging tax is INCLUDED on all rentals for 2009.

Rental Policy:
A deposit of $500 to guarantee reservation is due within 7 days of verbal 
reservation. A rental 
agreement will then be mailed to you to sign & return. The balance of the 
total due is to be paid 30 
days prior to the first day of the rental term along with a $500 security 
deposit. The purpose of 
the security deposit is to protect the dwelling & contents from negligent 
damages. The security 
deposit (less a $75 cleaning fee) will be returned within 21 days if no 
damages are incurred.
