Property Description

Bedrooms
There are four fully furnished bedrooms. The Master Suite has a king 
sized bed, cable TV, air conditioning, matching furniture and a 
ceiling fan. The bedroom has patio access to pool area. The ensuite 
has a large oval bath, a separate walk in shower, twin basins with 
corian surfaces and a walk in walk out wardrobe.

The second Master has a Queen sized bed and matching furniture and a 
large built in wardrobe. It has also cable TV, air conditioning and 
ceiling fan.

Bedrooms three and four are twin rooms with built in wardrodes, 
ceiling fans and cable TV's.

All Bedrooms have radio alarm clocks.

Dining
The spacious formal dining area has a large and elegant dining table 
with six chairs. This area also has 2 double sofas which can become 
2 king sized sofa beds.

Living Area
A large family room with access and views to the pool. Comfortable 3 
seater and 2 seater matching sofas. For entertainment you have cable 
TV, a DVD player, a Hi Fi, radio and a Playstation 2. There are a 
range of DVDs and Playstation games at your disposal.

Kitchen
A luxury kitchen built to a high specification with additional 
dining table comprising 4 chairs and breakfast bar stools. All 
modern cooking facilities and appliances as you'd expect.

Pool Area
The well designed pool and spa can be fully heated (additional cost 
$175 per week). Pool furniture includes 6 sun loungers, table and 6 
high backed chairs.

There is a safety screen between the pool and deck area to prevent 
unwanted access by young children. The whole pool area is covered by 
a mesh frame to keep pests out.
