Property Rates 
Monthly rent is $6,000, weekly $1,700 and nightly $ 400. The rent is due in cash upon arriving in 
Miami. The reservation fee/security deposit is $600. This is refundable (minus $150 cleaning fee) 
upon leaving from Miami. 

You can also request additional services if you so prefer: For example, additional cleaning service 
during yous stay is $150, pool service is $50/week. You may also have a chef to prepare some or all 
your meals, have at home massage service etc.
