Our classic beach house sits directly on the beach in South Ponte 
Vedra, along A1A's lightly populated residential oceanside and the 
Guana River Preserve. The 4 bedroom 2 bath split plan is perfect for 
families or sharing. Our regulars love the house for it's no 
fuss/unpretentious nature, comfortable furnishings and 4

Amenities include:  Central Great Room/Dining, Cable tv/dvd/vcr, Our 
4 sizeable bedrooms have large oceanfront windows. Two are furnished 
with a Queen bed in each. The other 2 rooms have a double and a 
single.  2 full baths, Fully equipped kitchen with 
breakfast bar open to Great Room, Laundry room (linens available), 
Extra large 28 X 12' Beach deck with walkover, Private outdoor 
shower, Covered parking. 

Non-commercial, seemingly private beach.  Guana preserve's entrance 
is less than a half mile away (hiking, birding, kayaking) more info 
avail. Historic St. Augustine is only 8 mi. SW.  Ponte 
Vedra/Sawgrass/Jacksonville Beach are 10-17mi.N.  

Rates are $1500 to 2500/week. Plus 9% sales/tourism tax. Sunday to 
Sunday. Rates are usually lower in Winter. Longer term rates in 
slower times could be 
available.
