December 1 - April 30: $850/week or $2,000/month
May 1 - May 31: $700/week or $1,700/month
June 1 - August 31: $850/week 
September 1 - November 30: $700/week or $1,700/month

A $250 security deposit on weekly rentals, $500 deposit on monthly rentals.  Deposit is required when 
unit is booked.  30 day cancellation notice required.  $75 cleaning fee, $25 management company fee 
and 12.5% city tax.
