(formerly Ramsgate) Townhomes. It's located south of scenic Highway 30-A - on a secluded private stretch of 
the Emerald Coast. Yet it's only minutes from golf, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all.

For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald 
Coast because of their unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand. The area is also known for its

commercialization here. 

Seacrest Beach is approximately halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach - and only minutes from

The townhouse is located close to Deer Park; so you'll have over two miles of empty and undeveloped beaches -

townhome is located in a private, gated, residential area of Seacrest Beach; so there's no traffic (or related 
noise), and no chaos. Only the sound of the surf every night. 

This townhouse features a gulf view, with some of the most stunning views of sunsets ever. And you won't 
believe the stars at night! Walk out the door and you're ready for fun. Fish right from the beach. Rent bikes; go 
for a swim; or raft in the waves. Or just wander along the beach and enjoy the view. Just bring plenty of 
sunscreen!

The home just went through a rather extensive renovation (completed April 2004) including all new furniture, 
new electronics, new paint and wallcoverings, and much, much more! The motif is a bright Caribbean-style, with 
lots of color - just right for the beach! Enjoy the convenience of reserved, drive-under parking (no crispy hot

water right out your back door, golf, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away. Fish right out your door! 
Pompano, redfish, Spanish mackerel, bluefish, bonito, and more can be caught right in the surf.

we have on all our beds. Supplied for your use are full sets of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and 
umbrella, a cooler, beach toys for kids, an initial supply of paper and soap products and much, much more! So all 
you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

you and the kids to enjoy.  Down to the last detail, our condo is equipped with everything you'll need...even
