east of Rosemary Beach with easy access , right off hwy 98 .
Enjoy the the most beautiful beach in Florida . Our house is just a slow 3 - 4 minute walk down very 
a safe quiet 
village street to the beach . A 1 minute walk to one of the 3 luxurious pools and tennis courts , 
basketball 
court , playground . also just a short block down the shaded promenade to the village of Carillon . 
or you can 
just kick back and relax on one of our large porches .
Our house has a large greatroom that includes a dining room and kitchen . It is just  a perfect 
setting for 
several people to gather and enjoy . Also downstairs is a master suite with a king bed . 
Upstairs there is another master suite , and there are two other bedrooms along with a bunk bed 
area .
Starting in March we have a lawn concert on Monday evenings with some of  the best local 
entertainers  .
Unlike the communties on 30a that have bumper to bumper traffic . we have that quiet down home beach 
community where you can really relax .
