Tampa/Clearwater/St Petersburg are all less than 40 minutes. 90 minutes to Orlando attractions.  Great place

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200.00 US advance deposit per week.  The cancellation 
refund charge is 20% of deposit received.  Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival 
date or deposit is forfeited.  Deposit is due 14 days after reservation is made to avoid cancellation. An open 
credit card is required on arrival as a damage deposit and security for the telephone.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Cashier Checks are welcome.
