Brand new 1,800 square ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit in the beautiful Tidelands on the Intracoastal community.  
The unit has been decorator finished with a king bed in the MBR, queen bed in one of the guest bedrooms, and 
two twin beds in the other guest bedroom.  The living room has a 42" Sony television and is furnished with 
Tommy Bahama sofa and chairs.  Each guest bedroom has it's own televison.  Bedrooms are located on the 
second floor as is the laundy room complete with washer and dryer.   

Tidelands on the Intracoastal is a new, private and amenity rich community that boasts nearly a mile of 
Intracoastal shoreline and is surrounded by water on three sides.  Eleven acres of interconnected lakes and 
lagoons provide calm waters ideal for kayaking or canoeing.  Nature trails and magnificent views surround you 
in all directions, along with a clubhouse that includes "The Tidelands Grille", two recreational rooms, event 
lawn, hot tubs, pool, fitness center and fire pit.  For a workout that feels like play, challenge your skills on two 
lighted tennis courts, or relax beside an Intracoastal pool with kids splash zone.

Located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, this vacation home offers the peace and quiet you deserve 
while allowing you to engage in fine dining, cultural arts and attractions.  St. Augustine, within a 30 minute drive 
along the coast, is the oldest community in the U.S.  Charming, walled streets wind among art galleries, 
restaurants, and shops brimming with treasures.  Drive south 25 minutes to beautiful Daytona Beach, or play 
any of the nearby championship style golf courses.  Disney World is about 1.5 hours away!

High Season  - November through April $1,900 to $2,700 per month
Low Season  -  May through October $1,700 to $2,500 per month

Formal application is required and a $500 deposit to hold your unit.  Rates include all
local utilities.  A $125 cleaning fee is due upon departure in addition to the rental fee.
$250 security deposit required.
