waterways.  Approximate sq footage is 1400 sq feet.  Unit is fully furnished with a chef's style kitchen, all 
cooking utensils for 6-8 people.  The living room opens up to the balacony.  All linens and extra linens are 
included.  This unit is steps from the Gulf of Mexico, the trolley stop is in front of the building.  Convenience store 
is located in front of building also.  
Master bedroom over looks the pool with a king size bed, and Pier 1 furniture decorated in palm trees, 2nd 
bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen size futon, decorated in a Nautical theme.  In the living room there is 
also a queen size sofa sleeper.  Just bring your beach towels!!!
