and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrig with ice maker,
microwave, new stove/oven, disposal and coffee maker);  Second Floor:
master bedroom (new carpeting, TV/DVD, private bathroom), screened
balcony off master bedroom, laundry room with washer and dryer,
bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom.  Bedding and towels
provided. 
All fully furnished, central air, cable TV all included.  Living room
includes a sleeper sofa.

Boat dock (equipped with electric and water) in front of townhome
exclusive to this unit and is included with all rentals at no extra
charge!

On-site marina with boat ramp, gas, bait and supplies.  Boat dock
included, two tennis courts, two beautiful swimming pools (heated)
with bathrooms, rights to pier going out into Charlotte Harbor for
fishing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets (this is a tradition -
bring your favorite beverage!)

Our townhome faces a bay from which you can boat to the Gulf,
travel up Jug Creek to Cabbage Key (a favorite of Jimmy Buffett) and
numerous islands and waterways.  Enjoy a round of tennis at the tennis
courts, then cool off with a swim at one of the two beautiful swimming
pools that have all been renovated and are even better than before. 
There is a boardwalk that
you can follow all along the water and enjoy the abundant wildlife and
beautiful
water views.  The townhome complex grounds and amenities have been
extensively renovated and are really stunning.   All of this is
located in one of the few remaining
uncongested areas of old Florida and it is a true pleasure!  Ft. Myers
is only about 1/2 hour drive and there are many great things to do in
the area, including swimming along the Gulf, deep sea fishing, nature
preserves, plenty of nightlife, and an abundance of sun!

$800 per week (off peak), $1,000 per week (peak)

There is also an $85 cleaning charge on weekly rentals and $95 on
monthly rental, plus Florida/local taxes

On site marina has a modest boat ramp fee, sells gas, bait, etc.

No extra charge for use of our dock out in front of the townhome!
