machine, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, drinkware, even tupperware.  Linen closet is stocked with towels, linens, 
blanket, extra pillows, etc.  Laundry room is fully equipped with iron & ironing board, laundry basket, extra 
hangers.  All you will need is your toothbrush ... and if you forgot yours, we have those too!!  Unit has basic 
cable, a new, HDTV, DVD player & stereo.  There is a nice selection of DVDs and CDs in the unit for your 
pleasure.  The Conceirge also has a wide selection of DVDs for your use, rentals are free.  For the avid reader, 
there is a nice slection of first edition hardcover novels in the unit or you can visit the library on the second floor 
for a bigger selection.  Unit is stocked with area guides, coupons and a Sarasota Entertainment book filled with 
lots of coupons and discounts to local restaurants, entertainment, you name it.  Sit out on the Lanai, enjoy the 
sunrise while you sip your morning coffee, reading your favorite book and enjoy the warm tropical breeze.  You 
won't want to leave ... I promise!!

Rental Rates Jan-Mar $2,500, Apr $1,500, May-Aug $1,300, Sep/Oct $1,400, Nov-Dec $2,100, Annual $1,700.  

Except for the annual rate, rates include utilities, local telephone service, basic cable, and Internet access in the 
unit.

Seasonal rental rates are subject to applicable Florida state sales fax.
Security deposit is $1,500.
Renaissance application fee is $100.
Unit must be left clean, otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

Cancelation policy:  Full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received within 60 days or more from date of 
arrival.  A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received less than 60 days from arrival date.  And, NO 
REFUND if the cancellation notice is received less than 45 days prior to arrival date.
