This luxury villa is immaculately decorated and maintained.  The property management company is 
available 24 
hrs a day to offer any assistance you may require.  You can go directly to your villa using the lock 
box provided 
for your convenience.  If you need anything whilst in the villa dial directly to the property manager.
 
Sun yourself in the quiet by your private, screened and heated pool looking out at the peaceful pine 
forest.   If 
you choose to breakfast by the pool you may even see a hot air balloon drift silently over the house.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.  You may choose to take your meals at the 4 seater table 
there or in the 
dining room at the dining room table that easily sits 6.  Alternatively, you may prefer to dine 
outside by the 
poolside.

The living area overlooks the pool and the pine forest and has sliding doors fitted with a pool 
alarm.  It has two 
comfortable sofas and two side tables with lamps and a coffee table.  There is a ceiling fan, cable 
t.v., a video 
cassette recorder and DVD player. The vaulted ceilings give a light and spacious feel to the room.

The master suite is on one side of the house and consists of a ceiling fan, Queen bed and 2 bedside 
tables with 
lamps, a dresser and t.v, clock radio and phone. There are 2 large walk-in closets between the 
bedroom and 
the en-suite bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower.

There are 2 additional bedrooms on the other side of the living area, each with 2 twin beds, dresser, 
closet, 
lamps and bedside table.  The second bathroom is easily accessible by these bedrooms.
